I think a kid should have 4 grams of sugar each day, because that is not lot of sugar. So they won't have a sugar rush.

Only a little bit because too much sugar can cause your body to crave even more sugar. Too much sugar is not good for your body. Kids should try to have only one sugary drink or one sugary treat a day.

I think kids should be able to have 10 teaspoons of sugar every day because even granola bars have sugar in them.

I think kids should have at least 4 teaspoons of sugar or less because if kids and adults have to much sugar it is not healthy for them and they will get sick

I think you should have 15 grams daily because you need sugar to keep going but you can't have a lot.

i think about 60-80 maybe 100 grams every day and you should at least 5-6 fruits and vegietables daily and maybe 4-6 sweets daily
